Since 2019, I have been responsible for project management and service planning in various projects at Hyundai Motor Company, collaborating with numerous related teams both within the Hyundai Motor Group and with external partners.
I also oversee service operations, deriving CX insights through actual VOC handling and improving projects based on quantitative customer data from GA.

Designed UI for archery scoreboards for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics at Taereung-Jincheon Training Center, HMI for personal mobility, and educational app UI for electronic whiteboards.
Released iOS and Android mobile apps with product design deliverables (App Store, Google Play).
Tracked and analyzed Google Analytics data using UTM for customer events and messages (inflow rate, reach rate, conversion rate, and page entry trends).
